The Sandlot
U.S., 1993
When Scott Smalls moves to a new town, he joins his neighbors on the sandlot to play baseball, except that he doesn’t really know the game. As he learns from his new friends, he also comes to learn about “The Beast”—the notorious dog that lives beyond the fence of the ballfield. When his father’s Babe Ruth-signed baseball gets hit into the Beast’s yard, the boys must find a plan to retrieve the prized possession before it's too late. Featuring a fun-loving ensemble cast and a memorable carnival scene, The Sandlot is a baseball film for all ages, just in time for the season to start.
