In 1966, Texan Charles Whitman staged a shooting rampage from the clock tower at the University of Texas at Austin, shooting 49 people and killing 16 of these. This documentary, employing archival footage, interviews and animated recreations of incidents, recounts the fateful day and convenes the survivors, who testify to the human lessons that they learned and bonds that were created in the aftermath.
