At the turn of the 20th century, dueling daredevils, the Great Leslie (Tony Curtis) and Professor Fate (Jack Lemmon), embark on an audacious automobile race from New York to Paris, as enterprising reporter Maggie DuBois (Natalie Wood) chases after them for the scoop. Director Blake Edwards’ epic slapstick comedy also features perhaps the greatest pie fight of all time.
