The National Organization for Women (NOW) holds demonstrations at the office of Fullerton Congressman Charles Wiggins. Rosalie Abrams, founder of the NOW chapter in Orange County, tells the crowd they want the Equal Rights Amendment passed without the Wiggins-backed rider and supporters hang Wiggins in effigy. At the Happiness of Women (HOW) group gathering at the Los Angeles Convention Center, Dick Garten interviews the group's president, Jaquie Davison, who explains why they are against the Equal Rights Amendment. The beginning of the clip is Garten's voiceover only and lacks picture.
