A Marine is interviewed about a confidential report being presented to an unnamed senator's office that suggests the government spends thousands to prove servicemen are homosexuals in the privacy of their own homes, but won't spend money to investigate potential criminal acts committed by heterosexual servicemen, such as the rape of a developmentally disabled woman in the barracks. He responds to questions from the reporter regarding whether or not gays should be allowed to serve in the military and also details the ordeal he has gone through after being suspected of being a homosexual in 1965.
