"Gas stations and heavy traffic in Los Angeles"

Footage includes shots of gas stations, including people pumping gas, and different shots of heavy traffic, including some in downtown Los Angeles. Some of the footage is silent, but many of the traffic shots feature ambient noise. Given the title on the leader, this may have been footage shot for a story about the local EPA in Los Angeles.
