"Elementary school student exchange program"

Reporter Stan Chambers is at Evergreen Elementary in East Los Angeles to cover a new project in which children from Pinewood Elementary in Tujunga have been bused to Evergreen to attend class. Some students in the fourth, fifth and sixth grades will spend half the year at one school and half the year at the other. Chambers interviewed Principal Lloyd Johnson about preparations for the project and interviews several children on the playground about their day. Footage includes classroom and playground scenes and some segments featuring only the reporter's voiceover (no picture).
