Reporter Stan Chambers covers a demonstration in support of incarcerated American Indian Movement (AIM) leader, Leonard Peltier. Chambers interviews a protester on the picket line who states Peltier is being scapegoated for the murder of two FBI agents in Wounded Knee. The protester wants people to recognize that the government and FBI are conspiring against Native Americans and believes Peltier is not guilty and is in jail because he is fighting for sovereignty of the American Indian. The group of protesters is demonstrating because Peltier's lawyers are seeking a new trial, and the group wants to raise awareness in Los Angeles.
