In front of the Valley State College Chicano Community Center, reporter Cecilia Pedroza interviews a Chicano spokesperson about a disturbance that transpired at a dance held there a few days earlier. The spokesperson details the clash between Chicano youths and police, which was prompted by police harassment, and states they want to see the police held accountable for their actions. He also accuses the police of inciting a riot and discusses the center’s plans to seek legal counsel and to press charges against the police.
