In a press conference, activist Bobby Seale comments on police and government intelligence agencies targeting leaders of the Black Power movement in what he believes is an organized conspiracy. Seale mentions the extreme police actions in San Francisco targeting the Black community during investigations into the series of killings that became known as the "Zebra murders." Seale further comments on his belief that the Symbionese Liberation Army (SLA), and their spokesperson, Donald DeFreeze, also known as General Field Marshal Cinque Mtume, were part of a government conspiracy intended to discredit the positive aspects and genuine leaders of the Black Power movement.
