U.S. Marshals arrested Russell Means, a leader in the American Indian Movement (AIM), when a judge in South Dakota issued a bench warrant after Means failed to appear on time. Means had been out on bail after being charged for his role in the Native American occupation of Wounded Knee, South Dakota. Means' lawyer speaks to reporters about the events leading up to the arrest. Footage includes shots of Means being led through a hallway.
