Ralph Woolpert, vice chairman of the Mayor’s Labor Management Committee, reports on the proceedings of a meeting he just attended. During the meeting, they reached the conclusion that the time has come for the mayor to immediately intervene in the ongoing Southern California Rapid Transit District (RTD) bus strike.
