He specifically talks about seeking additional access to the state sales tax as a long-term source of revenue, as well as grants from Washington, revenue sharing, and how the city managed to avoid massive layoffs. Bradley also briefly talks about the Olympic Games to be held in Los Angeles, and how the City of Los Angeles will not be financially responsible for promoting the games.
