In a press conference, Mayor Tom Bradley announces plans to ask the Los Angeles City Council to amend a city ordinance put in place to help the community conserve water. With abundant rainfall and heavy snow in the high sierras he thinks the mandatory 10% reduction should be removed. He also intends to ask the Department of Water and Power (DWP) to remove the 10% drought charge currently being charged to consumers.
