With the townspeople of Lastenbury angry because Molly hid Grace and George's true identity, their characters as petty thieves, because she hadn't been able to stop them from running off with town funds. Molly still is willing to see if in some way she can bring Grace and George, her weak willed husband, into a better relationship to life. So now that George is back and Grace is on her way back, Molly is plotting, planning and maneuvering... she intends to see George secretly, and Grace too... Listen..."
